When your 12 month license is due to expire, you will be prompted with a message when you open up the software that lets you know that your license expires in 30 days.

When this happens, you have a couple of options for renewal.

1) Upfront payment of 360NZD for your annual license, which includes license, upgrades, and support.

2) 12 month payment plan with a monthly fee of 35NZD. Your first instalment will be debited from your credit card. Coachmecca will contact you to arrange method of payment for the remaining instalments.

If you are a Coachmecca Club member you receive 10% discount on these fees. Please remember to renew your Coachmecca Club membership first if this has expired.

Have you upgraded  to the latest version of Business Builder, released earlier this month?

All upgrades are included as part of your 12 month license fee, and it's really simple to complete the upgrade. All you need to do is make sure you're connected to the internet, go to the Tools menu within Business Builder and click on 'Check for Updates'. This will automatically ensure that you are running the very latest version of the software.

Did you know for example that...

• Corporate clients - you can separate out payer information from client information as in the case of a corporate-sponsored client.
• Team coaching - you can add any team coaching clients and they will be shown as such in your credentialing log.
• Help menu - there is a fully integrated help menu, so anything you want to know as you're working within the system, check out Help and the search function within it.
• The latest version is V1.0.034. Check your version number, and if it's not showing this number, you need to 'Check for Updates'.
• All reported suggestions, ideas for improvements, and errors are logged for upgrade. The majority of these have been included within upgrades to date.
