 Step 1: Study - The Art and Science of Coaching

Complete The Art and Science of Coaching where you will learn the tools and techniques to assist others to develop greater self-awareness and self-empowerment, enhancing both their personal and professional performance. It will equip you with a deep understanding of how to work with people to move them beyond their fears and being successful in all areas of their life. You will learn techniques to create lasting change with your clients.

Step 2: Start Coaching - FIRE UP Coaching Framework

On completing your coach training, the FIRE UP coaching framework will assist you in developing your business as a coach or in implementing a coaching program in your organisation.

We recognise that lots of talented individuals complete their coach training and have a desire to make a difference as coaches, but don't want to be isolated in their own businesses. People who choose coaching like to have team interaction, support and access to further learning. The FIRE UP coaching framework is a model for you to maintain your autonomy, be in control of your destiny and yet have the support of a team and a structure for success.

Step 3: ICF Accreditation

ICF Accreditation requires you to have completed modules one through four of The Art and Science of Coaching, completed 100 hours of coaching, and applied for International Coach Federation Accreditation. FIRE UP can guide you through this accreditation process.
