Coachmecca.com was the brainchild of two New Zealand coaches, Saskia Clements & Ruth Donde, who met for the first time at the 2005 ICFA Conference in Brisbane. Saskia & Ruth are both extremely passionate about coaching and the difference it makes in the world. After noticing and re-noticing wonderfully talented coaches struggle, and possibly leave the profession because they didn’t have the necessary business know-how and support structures in place, Saskia & Ruth (not known for standing around and waiting) decided to do something about it. Coachmecca.com was born in answer to the need for business systems, events, upskilling and business development resources tailored specifically for coaches. Ruth & Saskia, through Coachmecca.com, are committed to supporting a sustainable coaching industry that grows and flourishes into the future. No matter where you’re from, how long you’ve been coaching, or what style of coaching you practise, you will find something of value at Coachmecca.com.
